Were do I start. Company is unorganized. CEO is an absolute nightmare as a Boss. Upper Management fear for their jobs. He is abusive and has zero compassion for others. If he left the place would have a chance. The Board is only there for their “benefits”. Weekly meetings consist of the CEO abusing his staff verbally. People walk out regularly without looking back. HR has made attempts to engage the staff and it does not work. They ask employees to put 5 star reviews in order to bury the bad ones. The Eatontown location which is their home office location consists of the managers friends & family. Everyone is over worked. Especially salaries employees. They take advantage of their “exempt” status. They work them around the clock. My advice is KEEP SCROLLING & DO NOT APPLY HERE.
