      Pluspunten

      First Coast was great about balancing personal responsibilites and work. Very good about giving time off and showing appreciation for employees. Pay was very good.

      Minpunten

      Constantly changing environment and very stressful. Lots of secrecy within the company but seemed to be getting better over the years.

      Being basically your own boss. The money was good and allowed for me to provide a most needed service. The satisfaction of getting a product to it's destination on or ahead of schedule.

      Minpunten

      Traffic congestion. Individuals who failed to secure their loads, as well as others who believe they are invincible while driving while they text. Also those whom fail to understand the consequences of these actions, with the am out of destruction they could cause being unsafe.

      Good people Not a difficult job You get Jaguar tickets and the possibility of a Christmas bonus

      Minpunten

      If you are offered a better position elsewhere and let them know how much the other company is offering you they will say they will match it yet fail to do so causing you to lose a better job. There is no overtime pay just overtime hours No set hours
