-you WILL move up to senior bank teller in less than 3-6months if you are up front persistent with your manager

-Very sales goal oriented you RARLEY get to stay in the front teller line to chat, you have to move to the front and stand there since the managers don’t like when you sit behind the teller line and just all gather and talk (unless your manager is not there and the assistant manager is very chill)
-$15.25 pay ($1,070 no weekly for me with very little commissions)
-you have to sell sell sell, walk around in Walmart and market to people even when you wanna stay in the back of the teller line
-you can move up takes maybe less than a year assistant manager pays !$19 I believe
