It gets insanely busy for monthly reports, quarterly reviews for all 15-25 clients - project management software SENTR is not user friendly, glitches, slow. Everything you’re working on has to be submitted into the portal, pain to enter and log all your tasks. - KPI’s are strict and unachievable - calculations for commission are complicated and fluctuate - manager and owner discourage sick leave unless we’re critically ill to be admitted into hospital - high stress - no WFH during Covid - High turnover (people quitting every 1-2 months)
