      First Source is a business that assists candidates with finding the position they are highly qualified for and are looking for. They put the wants, needs and skills of the candidate first. The owners strongly believe in trying to put a more personal touch to the process of finding a job and offering assistance in any area the candidate may need advice. There is no cost of any type to our candidates. We take the time to visit with you on the phone to find out what your specific needs and wants are so we can place you in a position that you desire. As an employee it was a pleasure to get to know the candidate on a more personal level by taking the time to have a conversation with them. This helped us get to have an accurate account of what the candidate is looking for in placement instead of just utilizing a resume' and assuming we know what a candidate is searching for. Just one of the ways we try to personalize how we assist our candidates.

      I just want to say what a wonderful job First Source Team has done for me. From the time I received my first introductory call from Robin who invited me for a free workshop I knew they were different. Unlike the majority of placement firms out there, First Source Team really cares for every candidate. At the workshop I learned a lot about ATS tracking system, how it works and what we needed to do to overcome the hurdle. At an actual one on one meeting with Renee, it was such a pleasure to finally meet a recruiter who understood you. Together we laid out several plans that would benefit me. Working with Mark was a bonus. He is such a positive guy. Mark did a walk through of how to edit my resume based on the ATS system report. That was really appreciated. Unlike other placement service who gets a position and looks for any candidate, First Source Team, finds a candidate and tries to find a perfect position for the candidate through existing networks and contacts they have. Within few weeks, I was offered a dream job that fits my skills and experience. Thank you First Source Team for truly caring.
