Manager stands over your desk all the time, not enough work to keep you busy past an hour, It was a pointless company to work for. Department manager doesn't care how he makes you feel in front of anyone and when you report it to HR they do nothing about it but joke about it. It is really sad that a manager that acts the way that one was is allowed to be a manager roll.
