Cons are endless! These guys interviewed me for the whole day, I came for a different post but since THEY thought my profile was suitable for an upcoming venture, they interviewed me for that instead. Took 10 days or more to give me my offer letter and they still didn’t clearly mention my JD and said the task will start after a month or 2 but I have to join now and start training for the time being. After almost a month of working , when I enquired about my upcoming project, they said I was not selected for it😑 Literally made a fool of me by choosing me a higher profile and then asking me to work as a bloody CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE! Waste of time money and effort and such arrogant HR personals, instead of owning up these guys wanted me to take the fall and said that I had misunderstandings! NEVER EVER EVER WORK FOR FIRSTCRY, they’ll only make their employees cry, bloody FAKE STARTUP! DARP, BRAINBEES AND BUZYBEES- FAKE BLOOD SUCKING COMPANIES!

Salary hikes are quite low, and the organizational hierarchy is very rigid, making direct communication with senior leadership difficult. Support from management is inconsistent, as some managers do not actively guide or support their teams. The work pressure is extremely high, which often results in many new joiners leaving within a few months to a year. Employee retention appears to be a challenge, with most long-term employees being part of higher management. Despite employees putting in their best efforts, the pressure to constantly deliver remains intense, with very little appreciation or recognition for hard work. Promotions also seem to be influenced more by favoritism than merit, which negatively impacts employee morale. Overall, the company culture lacks transparency, strong ethical values, and a healthy work environment.
