Great place to work! Although the work is very fast-paced especially in recruitment, the company offers fast growth. My recruitment manager is very supportive, does not micromanage and taught me a lot about the internal processes.

Minpunten

My first experience with the team was not good - the turnover of the previous lead was not enough time to learn all the internal structures of the hiring process. I had to calibrate a lot of the systems and hiring structure and learn the role in a few weeks. The recruitment team has not grown even if the volume of hires are doubled for the past quarter. Hopefully as our client base grows, the team number also grows to lessen stress and load.

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
