Pluspunten

Working for a chat center is a great thing for people that are a little on the shy side, and working for Verizon is great. As with any call center your get hired quickly. The training is very good too.

Minpunten

It is impossible to take two chats with complicated billing issues at the same time, and give great customer service. You just never get used to it, and while it is fun and exciting for some, for me I couldn't stop focusing on the fact that I was keeping people for an hour when they had a question that should have only taken 15 minutes.

Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
