* CEO is a genuine guy who does care about his employees - Provides plenty of extra leave time and unexpected bonus's are not a rare occurrence
* Upper Management is both realistic, understanding, and productive. Very well run.
* Atleast in the tech side of the company, I've experienced relatively little stress past my initial hiring.
* Strong Covid Leadership from the Company.
* As long as you stay productive, you have relative autonomy (depending on role though)
* Great working atmosphere, have almost never left a workday angry.
* Company has bright future and a strong niche

Unless explicitly told otherwise (and even then), you are excepted to perform your job out of the gate. Over selling yourself or relying to much on others (especially if doing so brings down their performance) can lead to a relatively quick letting go of. For some roles like mine this is relatively easy after a few months, though I've seen some sales people come and go more often (Though from what I know, this common throughout many companies)
Platform is large, complex, and feature rich. Depending on your job developing, supporting, or selling it does take time to warm up to and get effective in.
