They are driven and smart, but are also laid back and friendly.

      -Training is lacking, although steps to improve this area are underway. -Some of the upper-level management can be somewhat unclear about expectations at times. -Some people dislike the location, although the firm seems to be about 50/50 in-towners vs. suburbanites.
