Management lacks diversity, and several leaders have no formal education or technical background. I stayed longer than I should have, even though I had better opportunities available. Don’t be afraid to change jobs when you realize you’re not learning or growing. Some managers contribute very little, take credit for your work, and simply exist in the background without adding value.
