Forced to come to work 30 mins early every day for an unpaid morning meeting, and 1 hour early weekly for an unpaid 'weekly business meeting'. You are expected to answer client calls and emails outside of work hours and there is lots of unpaid overtime. You must attend mandatory monthly unpaid 'buzz nights' where high achievers are celebrated.
