Flintco was my saving grace. Up until Flintco, most of my GC experiences were poor. Flintco cares about you and your family. Employees that work here are quickly becoming the best of the best. Flintco Talks is a phenomenal podcast that is an industry changer. It truly is an honor to work for Flintco.

Minpunten

Training is poor. It truly is your own battle to better yourself. Advancement in the company is extremely slow. If you aren't battling for the spotlight with upper management you are often overlooked.

The people are great to work with and they really care to get to know you and teach you. There's a good amount of younger staff members too that help bridge the connection between the more seasoned team members.

Minpunten

Depending on where you join on in the project, there's either a lot to do or absolutely nothing and it's kind of hard to keep asking for tasks without feeling annoying.
