      - Mission-driven (for real) - Transparency from the management team - Team is very supportive, helpful, open and collaborative - Every opinion counts - Enormous support from the company during the recent geopolitical crises (incl. relocation) - Yearly salary reviews - ESOP - OKR approach to planning: goals are clear, tangible, measurable and achievable

Considering the topic of work-life balance, we advise you to share your concerns to your manager or an HRBP – just to make sure you use all support possible here at Flo. We really don’t want to see our employees overworked! P.S. All employees have access to mental health support services. If you are not sure where to find the information, please check in with your HRBP.
