Absent leadership, promotes things like radical candor without actually practicing it. Promotes a safe place to try things and be afraid to fail, but then punishes though who do fail. Zero work-life balance. Credit goes to leaders but failures on put on IC's and teams.

There’s also a strong startup culture where people are encouraged to experiment, move quickly, and continuously improve.
