There seems to be favorites. Those who work their bottoms off get zero recognition, have to carry the load that other representatives slack off on. Reps are constantly cleaning up messes made by other reps, but the same mistakes keep being made time after time making it so hard for some of us to stay. Reimbursements are late, paychecks are late, management is unresponsive most of the time. Pay is very low compared to other companies. Bonuses are nonexistent.
