The landscape here is always changing, with a new project on the horizon, and in my situation, I was given the opportunity to work on a greenfield project. This greenfield project was an extraordinary chance for me to apply new concepts and make major contributions right from the beginning. Flowers-Software has supportive leadership that encourages creativity and innovation. Being a part of this greenfield project allowed me to get involved with every phase of development, from ideation to implementation.

Previously, a significant concern was the occasional overcommitment in project proposals. Certain deliverables were sold to clients without complete groundwork, leading to unnecessary pressure on the development team and unrealistic timelines. This sometimes resulted in long hours and high-pressure situations. However, management has recognized this issue and taken firm steps to rectify it. They have implemented stricter control over project commitments and improved communication with clients about realistic timelines and deliverables. This has noticeably reduced the pressure on the team, and we are already witnessing a positive shift in project execution.

Highly unprofessional. They fire everyone very fast whenever they need and without the last compensation. Toxic culture - management yell at staff. Limited communication to employees on strategy. Management in-fighting. No culture. No perspective. No HR department - fear of speaking up to management about issues as management also performs 'HR' duties and is conflict of interest.
