However, there can be a gap between theory and practice, this is where we all need to make certain efforts to bridge that gap and walk the talk. Sometimes I felt like it was working at the particular segment where I worked at the company, sometimes the misalignments seemed still too big... overall, it was a good experience working for them for 6 years as an engineer, R&D department as well as Commercial Operations.
