Flowtech have been good to work for throughout with both the company car scheme and offer good work, life balance with some longer weeks matched with shorter weeks and ability to take time back where required owed. During my time I have been allowed to adapt and grow within my role, within a fast paced ever changing business model and allowed to implement changes within my department where required.
