Mentoring is encouraged and supported. The benefits is good and the time off and vacation plan is excellent. Training and continuing education opputunities are available as well.

Being such a large company you can at times feel like only a number. Management at times feels they know better than the people responsible for their portion of work. At times you get bogged down by procedures and paper work.
