Diversity and inclusion consists of white people being in charge and telling people of color what is best for them. No blacks or Hispanics and few Asians are executives or senior management with no possibility for change to occur. Poor leadership and no synergy exists between departments. Management only cares about moving up and earning more. Senior management gives their friends kids high paying jobs straight out of college and promote them over educated people with years of experience.
