      Pluspunten

      Flexible schedule, get to work outside/inside, travel around to cool places. Independent work.

      Minpunten

      Didn’t feel i was provided the proper tools to succeed. Feedback given to supervisors was not taken. I let them know things that needed to be done that I didn't have the training/tools for but they just ignored that than blamed me when those things werent done. Also you have to use your personal vehicle- so wear and tear on car occurs, especially with a giant leaking water tank (another thing i told them about but they didnt fix).

      Minpunten

      Workload can be stressful at times, some positions have to drive a lot, if you have a negative attitude the amount of problem solving and independent work will destroy you.
