Has made progress on inventory, financial position, more consistent expectations and the tools to support them. The people are passionate about the customers, the mission and fun to work with overall.

Still many antiquated systems and processes that hinder productivity and customer experience. Change focus and strategy too often from the top creates chaos, hinders ability to fix one thing before focusing on another - systemic issues are not fully addressed. CEO is volatile and reactive, messaging and actions suggests he does not trust his leadership team,

great management and communication from company to employees. Always fun events in store and uplifting environment when working towards business goals

lower side of wages however it is retail and most jobs are part time, so this is expected as some roles do not require higher education
