Pluspunten
Great culture, friendly coworkers, everyone is willing to help out and fill in gaps as needed. PTO, sick time, and holidays (including paid spring break and paid winter break) Occasional raises and bonuses Remote work that will likely become hybrid in the future due to state requirements for the job Flexible hours - just get your 40 hours in and you can essentially set your own schedule. Not a pro or a con, but it is fast paced and constantly evolving as they work with many different outside organizations, so you are always learning something new
Minpunten
Health insurance does not start until 3 months in, which is fine depending on your personal circumstances. Rare opportunities for advancement. The company is so good to it's employees that they stay long term, which is great on one hand, but can be tough competition to move up the ladder. I do think it would be worth sticking around for.
