Most people here are nice enough. There is a LOT of backstabbing, manipulation, and toxic behavior between coworkers.
The pay and benefits are really good.

Where to start? This place is HORRIBLY managed. The top level leadership have zero backbone and will not have the hard conversations with people. The executive team avoids every conversation that is uncomfortable and just sweeps it under the rug until they get so annoyed that they just fires people. This trickles down to the rest of the organization. If you are not Australian, don't plan on having any sort of lasting leadership role here - no one has lasted in leadership that isn't Australian.
They talk about having company values, but no one knows them and the ones they have come up with are so weak and cookie cutter. It's embarrassing. Not only that, the people and culture at this place is nowhere near what they present to be. They pretend like they want to hear from their employees, but once you speak up, they talk crap about you behind your back. Unless you are a "yes" man, you will suffocate here.
Just don't. This place is horrible. It looks nice and shiny but really it's just a turd.
