I joined Force Intellect as an intern and became a full-time employee within six months. From the beginning, I felt like a valued part of the team, which helped me grow a lot. What I like most is the confidence & trust given to everyone. I am encouraged to take initiative, share my ideas, and even lead when opportunities come up. The mentors and seniors are very supportive. They guide you, listen to your views, and give you the confidence to speak up. My communication skills and confidence have improved a lot since I joined Force Intellect Overall, it is a meaningful journey filled with opportunities to learn, challenge myself and grow

One thing I really like about Force Intellect is that I got to work on a live project right from my internship. It gave me practical experience from day one instead of just training sessions. The work environment is comfortable and collaborative. People are approachable, and it is easy to ask questions or share ideas. I am also trusted with responsibility and encouraged to learn on my own while knowing support is always available when needed. Overall, it is a great place to learn, gain hands-on experience, and build confidence.

At times, project requirements can change quickly, requiring flexibility and adaptability. There can also be occasional workload spikes during important project deadlines, but they provide good learning opportunities.
