      Low pay, no 401k, mandatory overtime, no communication, management will bully you, mostly convicts 2 days out of prison in warehouse, unsafe loads(overweight and hazmat).You will be at the bottom of the pile and you know what rolls downhill. Absolutely no balance work/ life

      The co-workers are all tight-knit, possibly due to having a union. Its also very enjoyable at times with a vast array of personalities.

      Minpunten

      Absolutly no respect from the higher ups in the company. Not even a "hello". Due to the lay-offs we've experienced, the work load can be overwhelming if not mentally prepared. The demand for our material is sometimes ALOT higher than we can provide. Its also a predominantly outside job as well.
