Good salary You get to work on high impact projects

Minpunten

Work overload- most analysts are overworked and tend to work till late into the night (till 2am). And you're expected to handle high impact high pressure tasks alone, without any clear direction, even as a fresher. The upper management is terrible, and there is absolutely no direction or a clear structure. You're expected to go above and beyond and work on items well out of your job description.
