There is a big focus on improvement, and customers are always taken care of. Management cares a lot about people and has excellent values. There is a lot of flexibility in work schedules.

Management is sometimes too patient with people who aren't team players. The constant change and ambiguity in a custom manufacturing environment is not for everyone. If you like a highly structured environment, Formaspace is not for you.
