Pluspunten
- They pay well compared to other companies out there, and I was always paid on time. - The last manager I had was superb. - The coworkers who stuck around were responsible and fantastic.
Minpunten
- The job was seasonal, and of about the ten coworkers I started with, there were maybe three of us left toward the end. Girls came and went like waiters in a restaurant. Part of the problem is they tend to hire employees based off looks more than they hire based off responsibility and dependability. - They don't take kindly to cancelling shifts, even if it's hardly any. When I tried to cancel a second shift, they became very snippy with me and claimed it was a "trend." - Because so many coworkers came and went, I was constantly texted and called, asking if I could cover shifts. If you had to reject the shift, they continued to call and text anyway. In a normal week, I'd be scheduled to work 8 hours and end up working 12 to 15. - They gave us the bare minimum concerning how they scheduled breaks into our work days. An 8-hour shift resulted in only a one hour break. - My last manager was fantastic, but the managers before her were not. The first one barely worked, always taking a twenty minute break every hour or so, and the second one said I'd have to close for every shift we worked together, essentially doing her job (she lasted maybe two weeks there, thank God).
