Sadly, no positive points to speak of anymore.
Minpunten
The company culture is appalling, the executive management is completely delusional and lacking both accountability and experience. Unfortunately, it is the general team that suffers as a result of these inadequacies. The Press Ganey acquisition accelerated the downward spiral and most of the development work is focused on PG's healthcare clients, rather than servicing Forsta’s MR and CX client base. Overall a very one way street with PG taking everything and giving nothing whatsoever back. On the commercial side, blanket targets that lack any logic or sense and as others have pointed out in their reviews, if you have a successful year the commission system is soon changed to ensure that those same accelerators are removed the following year. Never known a business with such a lack of incentives for succeeding. Remote working was a positive however the company intends to demand that all team members in London return to the office two days a week from April. People made life decisions based on the previous policy and given that most teams are dispersed globally, a return to office working is unlikely to yield any real transformational impact. However the executive team seem not to care about this, for a company that supposedly is all about 'Human Experience' they do practice that in reality.
