      Pluspunten

      Exposure to different regional issues. the organization is pretty small so its tight-knitted which is good because you can get to know your colleagues although most work remotely. salary is good but benefit not so much, the contract system also provides no sense of job security for employee especially considering they are donor dependent.

      Minpunten

      Management is so bad. no clear schedule. office politics gets overwhelming... too many external issues that is clouding the whole mission or aim of the organization. donor money is not used effectively. those in manager or senior level are not managing nor delegating. I recommend but only for a shortwhile

      Regional focus is definitely nice

      - The management is terrible. - They are really wasting donor money in so many ways. I know people who get paid for nothing! - There are no opportunities for growth and you feel stagnant really quickly. - They don’t have a proper mechanism for grievances and when you actively try to make the effort, there is little or no response. - They really have no understanding of diversity and inclusion.
