Pluspunten
I find there is a good atmosphere, thanks to young and friendly people at Mazars. And we do have a lot of benefits such as a good insurance, great canteen, a lots options for discounted tickets (opera, cinema, fitness parks, perfumes...), conciergerie, and even yoga classes!! I have been given the means I need to conduct my projects. My own initiatives have been taken into account and encouraged.
Minpunten
There always are some issues, in one company as in another. If I have to find inconviency, as a support function member, I can feel that sometimes we don't benefit from the same consideration as auditors, because we are not at the core business units that bring income to the company. But this would probably be the same in other companies.
