This is an amazing work environment. Everyone here genuinely cares about one another and wants each other and the company to succeed. Despite being a big company in numbers, I have never felt insignificant. I wholeheartedly thank all of my colleagues and management for making my years at this company something to be proud of and to look upon in a positive light.

I wish there were more opportunities to meet my colleagues who live across the country.

The pay is standard for in-office workers and higher than average for outside sales representatives.

Shockingly poor management, favoritism, and a deference to leadership that borders on cult-like behavior. Teamwork is not valued here, although the company may claim otherwise. The work itself is not rewarding aside from the paycheck. Any benefit is quickly negated by the stress of being resisted instead of supported by the people around you. Diversity - of thought or otherwise - is not prioritized by any means. One look at the Executive Leadership Team will tell you all you need to know.
