      Pluspunten

      Steady job, ok pay, $9.50 hr. I worked on Cox Communications campaign, I found Sitel to be very unsupportive, attempting to upgrade or add services was a very lengthy process which upset customers and this outdated software for cable, Internet and phone was ridiculously difficult. I've worked for Comcast since then and Cox really needs to get with the times. Sitel mgt could not assist agents because they were lost too. 6 weeks of training and not once did they go over adding services and upgrades yet expected sales metrics to be met.

      It was all bad, I have nothing good to say about them.

      Pluspunten

      Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

      Minpunten

      You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
