Great co-workers, management works with school schedules...sometimes.

Minpunten

Depending on the campaign your on your experience will vary, working for a cell phone company it was horrible, desk sharing, management not being knowledgeable on anything pertaining to the campaign, if you ask a question their response is "well you've been on the phone longer than i've been a supervisor so you should know how to find the answer", and we are severely understaffed, and it's blatantly obvious by the amount of calls are in waiting (over 200/day) on a 10 hour shift. Not worth the poor pay rate in which I'm currently capped off from.

Pluspunten

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Minpunten

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
