Trabajo en remoto. Work from home.

Minpunten

No holidays. Poor management. Bullying. Working under pressure. Harrassment. You work 2 weekends per month ( and all bank holidays) which means twice a month, you work 8 days in a row. They always threaten to fire you. And then they throw you when they don't need you anymore.

Work at home is the only pro

The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
