You are expected to be on call 24 hours a day, everyday for your area, with no additional pay. You are expected to complete intake forms, even if you are not clinical and have never seen the patient. You will be required to make 15 contacts a day, every week, and questioned as to why you have not and expected to make up for it, they provide you the contacts, which are often non-viable.
