Where do I start? The partners are all concerned about just one thing: themselves. Partners like to “brag” about the size of their books of business. However most of the partners are scared of their clients and because of this, the fees for most of the engagements are minuscule at best. Not only are fees charged totally inadequate the partners then have the nerve to give the staff a hard time because most of the realizations are terrible. What are we supposed to do? The fees are a joke and time needs to be spent on the work in order for it to be done correctly.
Within the last few weeks over 50 staff members were let go “due to the COVID-19 pandemic” according to Management. Management says that staff is treated fairly and with respect . Is this how you treat people with respect? No attempts were made to reduce salaries to save jobs. You learn a lot about people when the chips are down and I and many of my colleagues don’t like what we’ve learned about Management.
HR? Useless. Just see some of their comments responding to negative reviews on Glass Door. Total BS that doesn’t directly respond to the issues raised.
