      Where do I start? The partners are all concerned about just one thing: themselves. Partners like to “brag” about the size of their books of business. However most of the partners are scared of their clients and because of this, the fees for most of the engagements are minuscule at best. Not only are fees charged totally inadequate the partners then have the nerve to give the staff a hard time because most of the realizations are terrible. What are we supposed to do? The fees are a joke and time needs to be spent on the work in order for it to be done correctly. Within the last few weeks over 50 staff members were let go “due to the COVID-19 pandemic” according to Management. Management says that staff is treated fairly and with respect . Is this how you treat people with respect? No attempts were made to reduce salaries to save jobs. You learn a lot about people when the chips are down and I and many of my colleagues don’t like what we’ve learned about Management. HR? Useless. Just see some of their comments responding to negative reviews on Glass Door. Total BS that doesn’t directly respond to the issues raised.

      Thank you for sharing your feedback. It's certainly disappointing to hear about some of your frustrations about the firm at the moment. While the firm was faced with making incredibly difficult decisions due to effects of Covid and other matters, I can assure you management weighed several options and ultimately did what they felt would be best to secure stability for the firm and its employees for the future. These decisions were not taken lightly and we have done our best to be honest with our people along the way during these unprecedented times. Sadly we cannot change what has passed however if you have suggestions or ideas on moving forward, we would welcome hearing them. With respect to our partners and clients, we are very proud of the client base we have and understand that many factors go into running a business.       Summer Fridays, Jeans in the NJ office Management, Partner, HR and Seniors care about the growth of all staff. If staff works hard and has a positive attitude they will excel within the firm. Additionally, if you have preferences on what kind of jobs you want to work on (industry, travel etc.) they will take that into consideration. Senior management will go above and beyond training staff if they staff is willing to work hard and ask for help. Training is exceptional. The Company does not expect you to start your career with all the answers and expects questions. But with hard work and working closely with the people above you the amount one can learn in a few years is incredible. You have the possibility to start jobs from start to finish if you take the right initiative. Growth is very fast. Expect to be promoted every year until senior level. Promotions are always there if the employee takes the right initiative. Excellent job security as long as the employee continues to work hard and show initiative. Friendly environment. You never feel unappreciated. Partners and Mangers will go out of their way to tell you thank you after jobs for working hard and congratulate you for doing a good job.
