9yIt is disheartening to read that you are a current employee and have nothing good to say about your place of employment. Have you tried talking to your current manager, HR, or a Senior Executive about your concerns?
FriendFinder has an open door policy for employees to express their concerns and give us suggestions to make the Company an enjoyable place to work. Employee comments have made possible Company and team building events, i.e., dinner and movie night, once-a-month catered lunches, contests to win tickets to Bay Area sporting events, etc.
There are a lot of pros to working for our Company including a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, a 401K with a 5% match with no vesting period, 12 Company paid holidays, 20 days PTO a year, commuter benefits, tuition reimbursement, 529 education plan, Flexible Spending Account, health club reimbursement, and Employee Assistance Program for employees who need guidance through confidential services. All the Company asks is that you be professional, express disagreement respectfully, and be respectful to all the great people you work with.
We also disagree with your assessment of our Product Management team. We have really great Product Managers and they are doing an exceptional job working on some new and exciting products! Without their contributions we would not be able to provide a wide variety of mobile and online products and services to our customers around the world, 24 hours a day. Our products continue to win multiple Industry Awards year after year, and we are very proud of our Product Managers and the great work they are doing.
