      There is a lot of favoritism. Some people get away with anything. People in administration positions lack education, skills, and ability to supervise. Inexperienced people in high positions that don't have a clue on what they are doing.

      Supportive staff, decent benefits, good pay working on holidays.

      Base pay is very low, and honestly laughable. Training is not very consistent, and there was poor supervision from higher ups. It’s a hospital and things can get worse when not managed properly- but it’s not as structured as it should be. There are major safety concerns, not just with the patients, but with staff.
