Leadership can be difficult to work with, often unapproachable and unwilling to hear feedback, at times creating a disrespectful environment. The workload is extremely demanding, with expectations to utilize the full 14-hour clock regularly. Delivery schedules are often unrealistic, requiring long routes with little to no time to return home. Early mornings and late days are common, and there is noticeable favoritism within management.
