Great company, high level of independence. Very few corporate level requirements.

Small company so not a robust benefits pkg

No micromanaging; employees have a lot of autonomy.

This firm needs a lot of help overall. Their business ethics are greatly flawed. They lay-off people without any package, I am not sure that is legal. They do a poor job of managing and therefore the stability is not there. If you decide to work here, have another plan ready and leave as soon as possible. They will let you go with little warning which is inhumane. Read the other reviews, over the years the complaints also warn they will lay you off!
