Organization is awful. There is no official office to operate out of. Management doesn't seem to grasp the full understanding of the jobs they are awarded. Communication is vague. Training is non existent (if required)

Operations Supervisor is not a position at our Company. I believe this review may be for the FOOD INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION also known as FMI. FROM GOOGLE SHOWING the Food Industry Association operation in BC Canada: "Where is the food industry located in Canada?
