Most managers let their people do their jobs without micro-managing, which I love. Hours are pretty normal, but managers are flexible about being early or late, just as long as the job gets done. It is a small company so opportunities for advancement are limited. Sales results are hit and miss. Some of the long-time employees seem stuck in their ways. The lighting industry is a tough place right now for small companies.
