Hard working, smart people as coworkers. Decent pay. Growth potential for hard workers. Small agency where you will need to work across many different projects simultaneously, which they are up front about.

Toxic leadership. Zero work life balance

I have posted this on our internal slack channel to get insight from our ranks on areas we can improve upon to combat any team member feeling this way.
