Project leadership is more concerned on story points than actually delivering value. Competition between colleagues is encouraged to get more story points than who should be your teamate. They have an ideal of project management and try to enforce on every single project ignoring the differences between said projects, each with its own singularities. They also have no transparency on how much the client is paying for your work. I am sure FSL just hard lowballs its employees. They "sell" a developer as senior when clearly they are not. Typical consultancy agency methods nowadays, unfortunatelly. . The market is bonkers.
