This should be a red flag for anyone considering engaging with the company. Benefits are poor. While things like life insurance and disability are provided, they are capped at very low salary levels. Costs of other benefits are very high. Ultimately it is about the values (or lack thereof) displayed by the senior leaders of the company. Here, employees, contractors, and vendors can all expect to be treated quite poorly.
