- We hire smart people. - We are all trying our best. - Everyone has good intentions. - I believe leadership sincerely cares about work/life balance.

Minpunten

- Forecast is consistently off the mark so there are layoffs about 2-3 times per year. - Lack of a clear, cohesive, actionable vision or purpose. - Executive leadership is completely out of touch. - Focus is on margins. Employees either have over a decade of experience or less than a year of experience. There is no in-between. - It is not a fun place to work. Most experience people are trying to leave.

You could be the top performing analyst in your hiring class and you'll be treated the same as someone who doesn't really do anything New hires required to take time away from client work to participate in a silly "career development" program - which included homework assignments that had to be completed on your own time
